edgecraft: baja fresh

Yesterday at Baja Fresh, a ‘fast food’ joint, I had a salad that I would have gladly payed $10 for at Azteca and waited 15 minutes for.

Instead, it was $7, took 3 minutes, and had avocado and pineapple in a lovely display.

I don’t go to fast food places for the display. Or expecting wholesome, fresh food. So when Baja Fresh gives me the experience I would usually get at a sit-down restaurant, I take notice.

So: how can we deliver the unexpected?
