Shel talks about how Apple did not deliver on customer service when Shel was in need. The interesting thing is that an anonymous Apple employee has joined in the conversation- in part talking about why they must talk anonymously.

Here’s my deal with you: if we at Portent don’t deliver what you think we promised you, or we screw up on client service, call me on it, and I will, on record, join in the conversation. I can’t promise you that I can make you happy. I do promise you that we will own up to our mistakes and do our our best to fix them. On the record.
