Hey Brian,
I’m feeling very concerned about using Google Analytics lately.
It seems like Google is on a quest for as much private information about users as it can get through free products such as this. With the recent page rank scandal, I can’t help but think now that it was a big Trojan Horse as they use this information against publishers. They have even cherry picked some blogs and are using the information against specific publishers… which I find extremely unsettling.
What are your thoughts about this?
And do you have a suggestion for an alternative analytics solution, by any chance?!
Wendy,

Google Analytics is the best tool out there for the small-medium sized company.
